Sunday 8 November, 2020 between 8-9pm

Join the New Israel Fund UK for our first digital HRAD At Home. This event is an opportunity to gather with the NIF community across the UK and the world in support of our work promoting equality and democracy in Israel.

HRAD At Home will boast noteworthy speakers, music from some of Israel’s best musicians, and eye-opening films from NIF’s grantees as we celebrate all that we have accomplished and consider our ongoing work.

Your support of NIF’s work to strengthen Israel’s democracy and advance civil rights is more critical than ever.

We look forward to sharing HRAD At Home with you and those close to you.

We would like to extend a special thank you to our event sponsors, benefactors, hosts and committee members who worked so hard to make this event possible.

If you are experiencing any issues, please email us -info@uknif.org

Winners

We are thrilled to announce that our Human Rights Award Winners for 2020 are: ACRI – the Association for Civil Rights in Israel, and a joint award for Israel Women’s Network (IWN) and (WAV) Women Against Violence.

ACRI has demonstrated impressive and tenacious leadership in the Covid crisis, and their impact on a number of different key civil rights issues such as freedom of expression and protection of personal privacy has been remarkable.

IWN and WAV are two exceptional organisations promoting women’s rights and empowerment in the Jewish and Arab population in Israel. During this current crisis they worked together to fight the sharp rise of domestic violence during the lockdown, and fronted a rapid and coordinated response.
